Born in Ukraine Oksana Dyka graduated at the Kiev Conservatory in 2004.
From 2003 to 2007 she was the main soloist at Ukraine National Opera of Kiev.
In 2003 she won the prize of the Marseilles International Opera competition which landed her the part of Tosca at  National Opera of Montpellier in March 2005.
Also in 2005 Oksana obtained a great success as Tosca at  Estonian National Opera in Tallinn. In August of the same year she took part in the same production at Dalhalla Opera Festival in Sweden.
She made her debut as Desdemona in Verdi's Otello at Estonian National Opera.

She has often sung in symphonic and chamber concerts. Her canadian debut was as a soloist in Shostakovich's 14th symphony with the orchestra "I Musici" in Montreal. It was a huge success, so she also sang this symphony with Padova Symphony Orchestra in Italy in 2007 and with Odense Symphony Orchestra in Denmark in the same year

She sang Elisabetta in Verdi's Don Carlo at Teatro Regio in Turin, Leonora in Il Trovatore in Circuito Lombardo, Madama Butterfly at Queensland Opera in Brisbane (Australia). In 2007 she performed in New Year’s concerts with M° Slatkin and Verdi Symphonic Orchestra singing Verdi's arias; she sang the part of soprano in Shostakovich's ring cycle from Jewish Folk Poetry with San Francisco Symphony conducted by Micheal Tilson Thomas, and Verdi's Requiem with Ljubljana Symphony Orchestra.

She sang Tosca at Teatro dell'Opera in Rome directed by Franco Zeffirelli, Verdi's Requiem in the scenic version at Tampere Opera in Finland. She made her debut as Amelia (Simon Boccanegra) at Estonian National Opera in Tallinn, Ariadne auf Naxos in Genoa, Il Trittico (Georgetta) in Frankfurt. She also sang Madama Butterfly at Teatro Comunale in Bologna, Tosca at Arena di Verona, again Madama Butterfly in Graz and in Valencia, Tosca in Pompei with Teatro San Carlo in Naples. She performed Aida in Buenos Aires in tournée with La Scala under the baton of M° Barenboim, Il Tabarro at Opera Bastille, Pagliacci and Tosca at La Scala in Milan, Tosca in Dresden and in Valencia under the baton of M° Mehta.

She obtained great reviews from public and critics singing Eugene Onegin (new production) in Los Angeles under the conduction of James Conlon, Mefistofele in Montecarlo, Tosca in Frankfurt, Dresden and Valencia, Aida and Tosca at La Scala, Un Ballo in Maschera in Turin.

Most recently, she sang Aida at Arena di Verona, Tosca at Festival Puccini in Torre del Lago and at Berlin Staatsoper, Madama Butterfly in Los Angeles.

Future engagements include: Un Ballo in Maschera at La Scala, Tosca at the Royal Opera House in London and in Shanghai, Aida, Tosca and a new production of Prince Igor at Metropolitan under the baton of Maestro Gergiev,  Tosca, La Wally and Aida at Opéra Bastille.
