IMG Artists’ teams across North America, Europe and Asia are working from home as part of the company’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The team is connected through a combination of secure and robust technology solutions that allow for business continuity throughout this crisis. Please refer to our contact pages for direct lines of communication to each member of staff.

IMG Artists’ dual priorities are to protect the health and wellbeing of our team, and to support our artists and creative partners in both the present and the future, as we work with them to further develop their flourishing careers.

Our senior management team meets regularly by phone and video channels, and continues to monitor the situation and follow governmental advice. The team has embraced technologies at our disposal to both ensure that we remain proactive and productive in our work and to connect for virtual lunches and community gatherings.

This is an unprecedented and frightening time, but we are endlessly inspired by the creativity and generosity shown by artists, producers and presenters across our industry who are still creating and sharing their profound gifts with the world through live concert streams, at home sessions, and other virtual community gatherings – as well as actively planning and preparing for the return to the stage when it is safe to do so.

IMG Artists celebrates performance in all its forms. We continue to work to connect the superlative artists we have the honour to represent with opportunities and audiences around the globe, and we look forward to seeing you soon.

Wishing you all health and peace,

IMG Artists

IMG Artists UK Update

IMG Artists UK will begin a furlough and rotation programme for the London team. We are grateful to the UK government for the Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme. We have worked through how best to implement the benefit to ensure effective business continuity. Each of our Artists will continue to receive expert management and services throughout this period.

For the next few weeks, whilst the UK’s Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme is active, we have expanded managerial teams. When an Artist’s primary Manager or Associate is on a temporary furlough and not working, another IMGA Manager or Associate will be working on behalf of the Artist. All enquiries will be handled in a timely manner, and we ensure that each Artist, Client and Partner will continue to receive unparalleled support throughout this crisis and onwards into the future.

If you email an IMG Artists UK employee whilst they are on temporary furlough, you will receive and out of office message with the correct new contacts. Each email inbox will also be monitored by those in care-taking roles.

We wish you the best health, hope and happiness to you and your loved ones.
