IMG Artists are delighted to announce that they have signed conductor Andrey Boreyko for General Management with immediate effect.

Currently in his fourth highly successful season as Music Director of Naples Philharmonic/Artis-Naples (Florida), this season sees Boreyko working with such orchestras as Helsinki Philharmonic, Royal Stockholm Philharmonic, Warsaw Philharmonic, Bamberg Symphony,  and, in North America, Houston, San Francisco and NAC Ottawa.  A prolific conductor of the greatest symphonic repertoire, and a passionate advocate of both new and lesser-known works, Boreyko programmed the newly discovered Stravinsky ‘Funeral Song” in Cincinnati earlier this season, conducted the world premiere of Victoria Borisova Ollas’s Symphony No.2 (commissioned by Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra) and conducts Valentin Silvestrov’s haunting Requiem for Larissa with the Rundfunk Sinfonie Orchester Berlin and the RIAS Kammerchor at the end of February.    He will also conduct Jan Novak’s cantata “Dido” with the Prague Symphony Orchestra in the 2018 Prague Spring Festival.

Jennifer Spencer, who will manage Boreyko in association with IMG Artists, says “Andrey and I have worked well together in the past and I am really looking forward to re-connecting with him and developing our work together still further”.
