Pietari Inkinen has been awarded a Green Room Award in the conducting category for the Opera Australia production of The Ring Cycle. The Opera’s production of Wagner’s Ring Cycle swept the Opera section of the awards at last night’s award ceremony in Melbourne, winning in eight of its eleven nominated categories:

Direction – Neil Armfield, The Ring Cycle (Opera Australia)

Production – The Ring Cycle (Opera Australia)
