Following an extraordinary summer making highly acclaimed debuts at the Verbier and Music in Pyeongchang Festivals, Roberto González-Monjas continues with further European debuts at the Salzburg Festival, Austria (28 Aug), Gstaad Menuhin Festival, Switzerland (31 Aug), and Lucerne Festival, Switzerland (2 Sep). The concerts feature Sinfonia por el Peru Youth Orchestra and their founder, tenor Juan Diego Florez, as well as young musicians from the Iberacademy in Colombia, where Roberto is Music Director. The programme features works by Rossini, Donizetti, Verdi, Bizet, and many more.

Roberto says, “I am absolutely thrilled to join the musicians of Sinfonía por el Perú and their founder, Juan Diego Flórez, in this exciting tour. An oppourtunity such as this one is a source of enormous inspiration, intensive learning and unforgettable memories for all the young members of the orchestra.
