Trumpeter Romain Leleu will perform at Un Violon sur le Sable, France’s biggest open-air concert, on Tuesday 26 July. Un Violon sur le Sable festival offers three different major concerts on Grande-Conche beach in Royan, France. Every evening, the festival’s symphony orchestra accompanies internationally renowned soloists, and they interpret together the great works of the classical repertoire. On the 18-19 August, Romain will make his Essen Philharmonic debut under the baton of Marcus Bosch, performing his latest album Move – The Trumpet As Movie Star. The album includes the works of Gershwin, Morricone, Rota, and more. More information and tickets are available here. Romain will return to Germany to perform his album with the Essen Philharmonic on the 4 and 15 September.
