For “Sola, perduta, abbandonata” she had a wealth of expressive possibilities from the most delicate, yet colorful pianissimo to the desperate but finely contoured forte for ‘Non voglio morir’…”
“Leonora is a turning point between bel canto and romantic singing: Irina Moreva gave excellent proof in both aspects in arias and cabalette, respectively, with a dreamy spirit and round voice.”
“Russian Irina Moreva’s Leonora is a young soprano with a full-bodied and well-projected voice, rich in colors, with a burnished timbre.”
