Job Title:           Associate

Reports To:       Attractions Managers


Overall Purpose

IMG Artists LLC are recruiting for a part-time Associate (20 hours per week) to manage administration and logistics in the Attractions department.

Accountabilities include:

  • Coordinating the day-to-day management of Artists on department roster
  • Serving as the main point of contact for Artists and their teams
  • Managing the contract administration process and marketing servicing for Artists
  • Collect and report on ticket counts for Artists’ tours
  • Obtaining visas and Central Withholding Agreements for foreign artists
  • Coordination and booking of travel for Artists
  • Creating and updating itineraries for Artists


Essential skills:

  • Previous experience in the performing arts industry a plus.
  • Typing skills and computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and internet.)
  • The ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure, and the ability to follow through on multiple projects at once.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work flow.
  • The ability to be a self-starter and to complete projects within specified deadlines without supervision.
  • Strong writing skills; the ability to express yourself clearly both in person and in writing.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Commitment to providing a high quality service to each artist.


Desirable skills:

  • Languages in addition to English would be beneficial.


This is a position of 20 hours per week.
