This week, Case Scaglione makes his Prague debut with the Prague Symphony Orchestra at Smetana Hall in two concerts on the 31 January and 01 February. The programme features Ravel’s Mother Goose, Barbers’ Violin Concerto Op. 14 with soloist Linus Roth, and Dvořák’s Symphony No. 9 in E minor Op. 95 “From the New World”. Most recently, Scaglione celebrated the 50th  anniversary of the Orchestre national d’Île de France, where he is in his fifth season as Music Director and Principal Conductor. A concert was held last week, featuring Brahms’ Concerto for Violin with Orchestre national d’Île de France’s leader Ann-Estelle Médouze and Dvořák’s Symphony No. 9. This season, Case also debuted with the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra, where he is due to return in 24/25 season. Upcoming debuts include Orchestra Sinfonica di Milano and Orchester der Komischen Oper Berlin.
