After successful concerts in Japan with the Kyoto Symphony and Sapporo Symphony, Elias Grandy embarks to the US for his debuts with Utah Symphony and the Minnesota Orchestra. On the 12 July he will conduct the Utah Symphony in a programme of Ravel’s Le Tombeau de Couperin, Stravinsky’s Pulcinella Suite and Beethoven’s Symphony No 2, followed by his Minnesota Orchestra debut conducting two concerts on the 21 and 22 July in a programme of Ravel’s La Valse, Rachmaninoff’s Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini, Roumain’s Dancers, Dreamers and Presidents and Stravinsky’s Firebird Suite.
Elias Grandy’s upcoming 2023/24 highlights include concerts with the Frankfurt Radio Symphony, Deutsche Radio Philharmonie Saarbrücken, Robert-Schumann-Philharmonie Chemnitz, National Youth Orchestra of Germany, Orchestre Philharmonique de Monte-Carlo, Norwegian Radio Orchestra, Orquesta Filarmonica de Buenos Aires, Qatar Philharmonic, Sapporo Symphony and Yomiuri Nippon Symphony.
