Julia Fischer will perform Aloud – a new concerto written especially for her by the young British composer Daniel Kidane, with the London Philharmonic Orchestra, conducted by Edward Gardner. Julia has enjoyed a long-standing relationship with the LPO, with this performance following her residency with the orchestra in 2022, where she performed all five of Mozart’s Violin Concertos, the Sinfonia Concertante with Nils Mönkemeyer, as well as chamber music with several LPO musicians.
