IMG Artists Welcomes Cellist Jing Zhao and Pianist Zee Zee to its Roster for General Management

IMG Artists is delighted to welcome cellist Jing Zhao and pianist Zee Zee to its roster for General Management. They will be represented by Iris Yuan from the London office.

With deep musicality and virtuosity, Jing Zhao has established herself internationally as one of the most versatile cellists of her generation. She has performed with numerous prestigious conductors such as Yuri Bashmet, Myung-whun Chung, Lorin Maazel, Riccardo Muti, Andris Nelsons, Seiji Ozawa, and Jaap van Zweden. With orchestras including the Bayerische Rundfunk Orchestra, Berlin Konzerthausorchester, NDR Elbphilharmonie Orchestra, Symphoniker Hamburg – Laeiszhalle Orchester, Gürzenich Orchester Köln, Philharmonica Della Scala, Sydney Symphony, Singapore Symphony, NHK Symphony, Hong Kong Philharmonic, among others.

Zhao said, “I am very happy to continue my career under the IMGA banner, I am looking forward to many exciting projects in the future.”

Described as “a powerful, passionate and compelling representation of pure artistry…” (Los Angeles Times), Zee Zee is unique among the young generation of pianists. She performed with orchestras worldwide including the BBC Symphony, BBC Philharmonic, London Philharmonic, Royal Liverpool Philharmonic, Philharmonia Orchestra, Belgian National Orchestra, Sinfonieorchester Basel, Tonhalle Orchestra Zurich, NHK Symphony, Los Angeles Philharmonic, San Francisco Symphony, Cincinnati Symphony, among others, and regularly works with some of today’s leading conductors, including Marin Alsop, Domingo Hindoyan, Paavo Järvi, Julian Rachlin, Roberto Trevino and Xian Zhang.

Zee Zee said, ” I’m so excited to join the IMG Artists family! I’m really looking forward to continuing my musical journey along with such a prestigious partner.”

Iris Yuan said, “I am thrilled to join IMG Artists as an Artist Manager and represent two of my dearest friends and partners. I am really looking forward to this new career chapter.”
