Congratulations to Johan Dalene, who has won ‘Classical Album of the Year’ at the 2023 Grammis! Dalene was presented the award on Wednesday for his album Nielsen & Sibelius: Violin Concertos, featuring the Royal Stockholm Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by John Storgårds. Featured as Gramophone’s Editors Choice in March 2022 and in Presto‘s 2022 Recordings of the Year, the album has received international acclaim.
