Julia Fischer will perform as soloist at this year’s Nobel Prize Concert at Konserthuset Stockholm, Nobel Prize Outreach has announced today. The concert on 8th December 2023 in honour of the Nobel Prize laureates will also mark Ms Fischer’s debut with the Royal Stockholm Philharmonic, performing under the baton of Esa-Pekka Salonen. The programme includes Brahms’ Violin Concerto and works by Boccherini and Ravel, among others. Tickets go on sale on 18th October.
This year’s Nobel Prize announcements will take place between 2nd and 9th October. All of the announcements will be streamed live at nobelprize.org.
