Daughter of the Inner Stars is the first episode of a brand new live orchestral film concert series for children aged 8-16. Inspired by the classic Peter and the Wolf, the series marries a live narrator and original animation with a unique orchestral score, showcasing the profound power of musical storytelling with the help of a 65-piece orchestra.

Drawing upon Ukrainian folklore, this enchanting fairy-tale is perfect for families, igniting children’s imaginations whilst captivating adults with its evocative music and animated artistry.

Daughter of the Inner Stars will have its world premiere with the Sydney Symphony Orchestra in August 2024.
