Violinist Luka Faulisi Makes Montenegrin Symphony Orchestra Debut on 29 March

Violinist Luka Faulisi makes his Montenegrin Symphony Orchestra debut on 29 March at Podgorica’s Muzičkog centra Crne Gore. He will perform Khachaturian’s Violin Concerto in D minor under the direction of conductor Srboljub Dinić.

Luka earned acclaim for his performances of the concerto with the Serbian Radio Symphony Orchestra in February, and will perform it during the beginning of the 2024/25 season. Additional recent highlights include his Polish debut with the Szczecin Philharmonic; French debut with the Orchestre National du Capitole de Toulouse; Italian debut with the Orchestra Filharmonica di Torino; Serbian debut with the Serbian Radio Television Symphony Orchestra at the Kolarac Hall in Belgrade, North Macedonian debut with FAME’S European Orchestral Performing Institute, British debut with the Liverpool Philharmonic at the Royal Albert Hall and Finnish debut with the Oulu SymphonyLuka’s Asian presence is also growing having collaborated recently with the Macao Orchestra and the Hong Kong Sinfonietta. Shortly upcoming are Luka’s return to Serbian Radio Television Symphony Orchestra, debut with Montenegrin Symphony Orchestra, Portuguese debut at Sintra Festival with Orquestra Municipal de Sintra, Parisian orchestral debut with the Orchestre National d’Île-de-France, Irish debut with the National Symphony Orchestra Ireland and Norwegian debut with Kristiansand Symphony Orchestra.

Luka’s second album on Sony Classical, Vivaldi: The Four Seasons, will be available in stores and online from 12 April.
