This week, Stéphane Denève conducts the Cleveland Orchestra in two concerts at Miami’s Adrienne Arsht Center on the 17 and 18 November. The programme features Schumann’s Cello Concerto and a side-by-side performance of Strauss’ An Alpine Symphony with members of New World Symphony – a combined orchestra with 150 musicians on stage.
